REVISION: NATURAL SCIENCE

1. What is the aim of the nervous system and the locomotor system?
2. Classify the following bones as LONG, SHORT or FLAT: Femur, scapula, clavicle, vertebrae, humerus and ribs. What is the function of each type of bones?
3. What is the difference bewteen ligaments and tendons?
4. Explain what a joint is and the types. Give an example.
5. Draw the locomotor system and write the name of the bones and muscles.

      If you put the same poles together, the magnets attract each other.
      Electromagnets are objects that act like magnets without an alectrical current.
